This one-off piece features a rich copper-toned base and interior, with warm, burnished tones that deepen and shift across the surface. The exterior is finished in a soft off-white glaze, creating a beautiful contrast between the inner warmth and the calm, understated outer form.
The wide, open shape enhances both function and display, making it equally suited to serving or as a standalone piece.
This is a one-off piece, individually handmade and hand-glazed. No other will be made in exactly the same way.
All my pieces are thrown on the potter’s wheel using stoneware clay and kiln-fired to 1220°C. My potter’s mark is on the base.
