Part of the Copper Tide glaze collection, this piece features a warm copper-toned base and rim, with a softly layered glaze that settles into delicate greens, blues, and pale, milky tones. Inside, the glaze forms a subtle spiral, echoing the movement of water and giving the bowl a calm, organic presence.
The wide, open form enhances both function and display, making it equally suited to serving or as a standalone piece.
This is a one-off piece, individually handmade and hand-glazed. No other will be made in exactly the same way.
All my pieces are thrown on the potter’s wheel using stoneware clay and kiln-fired to 1220°C. My potter’s mark is on the base.
